Budget Response

In response to last week's budget from Alistair Darling, Rachel analysed the government's plans in the forthcoming economic cycle, commenting on a strong performance from Alistair Darling which protected the winter fuel allowance, switched stamp duty for first time buyers to mansions and announced a tax agreement with Belize.
