The election campaign is well and truly underway in Leeds – and we are definitely up for the battle! The future of our schools, hospitals, police and Sure Start centres are in the balance. Rachel was out campaigning with Labour Party General Secretary Ray Collins, Councillor Ted Hanley and fellow-PPC Jamie Hanley.

As well as campaigning, Rachel spoke at the Citizens Advice Bureaux annual conference last week on the importance of advice and guidance to people especially through the recession. Rachel spoke about the excellent work that the CAB does in Leeds along with the Leeds and Bramley Credit Unions and the Leeds West Debt Forum.
